Meet Beiyanil Pena

A Personal Story Behind a Personal Approach

Beiyanil Pena is the founder of PG Financial Group, where her mission is to help individuals and families build a stronger financial future while protecting the wealth they have worked hard to create.

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Beiyanil moved to the United States at the age of 13. Adapting to a new language, culture, and climate presented challenges, but her determination and commitment to education helped her thrive. She graduated from Rhode Island College in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.



Beiyanil’s passion for financial services began at an early age, driven by a genuine desire to help others achieve financial security and confidence. Shortly after graduating, she began her career with MetLife/Lighthouse Financial as a Financial Services Representative, where her dedication to serving clients earned her the prestigious Rookie of the Year award.

Today, Beiyanil is a goal-oriented, independent financial professional who works with more than 15 A-rated insurance companies. This independence allows her to focus on each client’s unique needs and goals, rather than promoting a one-size-fits-all solution.

As someone who has experienced the challenges of adapting to a new language and culture firsthand, she understands the importance of creating a welcoming environment where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered.

Since 2011, Paul Gonsalves has helped Rhode Island individuals, families, and small business owners find life and health coverage that actually fits. As an independent agent contracted with multiple national and regional carriers, he works on your behalf, not any single company's — so you're never steered toward a plan that doesn't fit your budget or your health needs.
